The Suzuki Grand Vitara was a successor to the Suzuki Vitara. It came into the market in 1998, accompanied by the Suzuki Grand Escudo. However, in some markets, the car bears one common name- the Suzuki Escudo. The Grand Vitara became a popular choice in a busy segment due to its reliability, good fuel economy, multi-purpose function, and consistently affordable price.  Though it’s not comparable to some of its rivals, it offers a pleasant driving experience.
