These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of https://topcarinsights.com/ and your purchase or use of digital automotive documents, manuals, guides, articles and related technical information contained in the website.
By creating an account, placing an order, downloading a file or accessing purchased content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the website.
topcarinsights.com supplies digital automotive information. Products may include owner manuals, repair or workshop manuals, service information, wiring diagrams, diagnostic information, body repair information, labour-time information and editorial guides. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, no physical item will be shipped.
Product titles, descriptions, sample pages, vehicle names, model codes, year ranges and document types are provided to help customers select the correct product. Vehicle specifications and market names can vary. You are responsible for comparing the listing with your vehicle and intended use before purchase.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If purchasing for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access where fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, scraping or other misuse is reasonably suspected.
Prices are displayed on the product page and during checkout. Applicable taxes, currency and any transaction charges will be shown or applied as required. Your order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when payment is authorised and we make the digital product available or send an order confirmation.

Digital products are delivered by download link, customer account access, email link or another method described at checkout. Delivery is considered complete when the product or access link is made available to the email address or account supplied by you.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, browser, internet connection and PDF or other relevant viewing software. If delivery fails, first check the email address used at checkout, spam folders and your customer account, then contact us with the order reference.
Unless a product listing states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use it for personal use or the purchaser’s internal workshop or business operations.

Information may vary by market, model code, build date, engine, transmission, trim or later manufacturer revision. Before relying on a document, verify that it applies to the exact vehicle and check for current manufacturer bulletins, recalls, legal requirements and safety procedures. topcarinsights.com does not inspect, diagnose or repair vehicles and does not guarantee a particular repair outcome.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website. Because products are digital, cancellation rights may be limited once download, delivery or access has begun, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You must not use the website or products unlawfully, fraudulently, to infringe intellectual-property rights, to introduce malicious code, to interfere with security, or to gain unauthorised access. We may restrict or terminate access and preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary to protect customers, rights holders, payment partners or the service.
We aim to keep the website and purchased content available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting incidents, security events or third-party outages may cause temporary interruption. We may correct catalog errors, update presentation, replace a file with a corrected revision, or discontinue future sales. Where reasonably possible, existing purchasers will retain access to the version acquired, subject to these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity or vehicle use arising from the website or a digital product. Our aggregate liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
