The Alfa Romeo Giulia is an executive car produced by the Italian manufacturer Alfa Romeo. It was introduced in 1960 but underwent a significant redesign in 2015. The Giulia is also the first Alfa Romeo mass-market car in over two decades to use a longitudinal rear-wheel-drive platform since the 75, which was discontinued in 1992. The Giulia uses a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout, aiming for an even weight distribution of 50 percent front and 50 percent rear. The suspension is an independent all-around double wishbone with a semi-virtual steering axle at the front and a multi-link at the rear.
